No stars should be an option for this Pizza Hut location. We ordered around 8:50-9pm & called the store twice with promises that... our food would be delivered. Nothing ever came but we were surely charged the amount. How do you promise the order is coming notonce but twice & nothing?! Poorest customer service ever! Nothing beats eating somewhere that has Great employees willing to help you, and the best part is that if you order ahead they... literally take about 15 mins to prepare a Pizza. They're always offering promotions too and you can even earn rewards towardsdifferent treats. Highly recommended for a good bite to eat!! Read more
Highly recommend this pizza hut. Alex is excellent, and is good as the pizza we ate, he goes above and beyond when it comes to... costumer service. Everything is clean and neat. Bathrooms also are clean no malodorous toilets. No lines to be seated and fast.No complaints. Read more
Well, let's start off with what this location does well: they got the dining room temperature set to "pizza hut cold". I dig... that. They're also really good at folding pizza boxes. The folks seem nice. If you like pizza hut, you aint gonna like thisone. If you don't like pizza hut you're REALLY not gonna like this one. The staff doesn't execute the pizza hut recipes aspublished. Bread sticks are dry, chewy and, tasteless. Whatever cheese/herb stuff they're supposed to dust on the bread sticksaint on there. They don't have thin crust on the buffet- they dont even have a pan pepperoni on the buffet. The lunch buffet forthis location: not a good choice. They don't have enough dine-in traffic to do it right- so I wouldn't even ask them totry. Let's just leave it at this: this franchise doesn't even do the pizza hut standard... ur $8 buffet would be too expensiveat $0.99. go somewhere else. Read more
If I could put zero stars I would. They messed up my order and the "manager" was so rude. They also don't have a salad bar or a... server. And they don't give an plates or utensils. Horrible service!! Read more
