If I could I would give 0 stars. I usually do carryout because I don't trust delivery but the one time I do it, it took one hour... to deliver a pizza to a house not even 10 minutes away. I had to call to check on the status and customer service wasnon-existent, offered no apologies for the late delivery and cherry on top was leaving me to talk by myself on the phone when Iwasn't even being rude but trying to understand why the long wait on a non-holiday, non-eventful Saturday night. Only positiveinteraction of this whole order was the driver was very nice and clearly overworked probably due to the mismanagement of thestore employees. Read more
I order a pizza, cheese stick, and a 2 liter Pepsi to be delivered to my house. The delivery driver came and delivered the pizza... but forgot the drink. He stated that he would return to bring me the 2 liter Pepsi. The delivery guy never came to drop off the2 liter Pepsi. The cheese stick weren?t cheese stick they were more like crazy bread. The pizza was cold, and it tasted old. Itwas terrible and honestly corporate should investigate this store. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANY PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE! This is a joke! Read more
I've ordered pizza hut delivery twice in the last 4 years. I have NOT received either order. The 1 yesterday was delivered to a... different hotel an hours and a half after their "tracker" showed it on its way. I had the delivery instructions on the order anddelivery comments. Unacceptable. Worst Pizza I have ever attempted to eat. I believe the dough was old (expired yeast). Didn?t rise at all. Dough looked and... tasted like cardboard. Just soaked up all the grease. Could not consume. Was so disappointed. Read more
I hadn?t orders Pizza Hut in a while, but I had the high hopes that it would taste like I remember Pizza Hut from when I was a... kid. The quality has dropped significantly both in the ingredients and the delivery time. From when I received the text thatthe order was on its way, I was standing outside my building for about 40 minutes. Also the pizza was no longer hot and wasalso undercooked. Read more

Make sure you check your pizza before taking it from the facility!! Wrong pizza given.
