Why is there peppers and bits of corn inside the macaroni and cheese? Nine times out of ten when I order a salad I don?t get... the sauce. Who wants to eat a dry salad without sauce? It is very upsetting. Read more
Usually have good service here but today I ordered online to save time, they send my order would be ready at 7:19 p.m. on online... order shelf. I arrived at 7:19 and there is no orders on the shelf, a line of people waiting for food and nobody would evenacknowledge me. I could see bags of food behind the counter, but they were not talk to me until they cleared out all the peoplewaiting for pickups. When the guy finally looked at me, my order was mostly ready, they were just not following protocol andplacing the order on the fast pickup shelf. What is even the point of the online order if I have to wait 15 minutes inside? Ididn't get my order to go until 7:35. Also the employees were using the same gloves to work at the register and handle food. Somuch for sanitation in a pandemic. Lastly they did not even include the sauces I ordered in my bag I had to request them andthen they still did not give me all of the sauces that were ordered, but at that point I just left. Read more

I ordered via the drive thru for a second time the same week, again when i arrived to the house and ready to eat, my order was... not complete. I ordered a family meal, which included whole chicken, guess what, there were missing parts of the chicken, e.g.all Legs and Thights. The family Meal included sweet bananas and there were missing too. Every time I go, everybody is runninglike a chicken without a head, sometimes screaming, trying to do several things at the same time, not focusing on customerservice, not paying attention to the order and details. Not friendly, Lack of customer focus skills. I called the location tolet them know, go back and get it fixed, but again no telephone answer, called 7 times and no answer. Read more
If you're looking for tasty and savory chicken on the grill, Pollo Tropical is a great place to visit. I'm honestly not a big... fan of their sides (Mac & Cheese, coleslaw, balsamic tomatoes, etc.), but their chicken is by far one of the best! Good afternoon. I went to pick up a late lunch meal about 3 ish today. I was very disappointed when I opened the foam... container of my half chicken order. It seems that most of the chicken breast had been taken out prior to cooking. That?s thefirst time I?ve seen that. So why sell a half chicken if you?re not including the whole breast as usual?
