I'm finding that the quality of Pollo Tropical is not what it used to be. I ordered 1/4 chicken with two sides. They gave me a... leg and thigh part of the chicken, and it was so small it looked like it came from a cornish hen. No kidding. The staff werekind of oblivious to the customers. I asked for guava BBQ sauce and they gave me the onion, tomato, cilantro sauce. I had asimilar issue at the Bird Road restaurant as well a few months ago. I dont know what happened to pollo tropical! Customer service is a joke and the food is just nasty. I asked for a well done... chicken because i don't like raw white chicken. What I get raw chicken. I don?t understand y they don't understand well done.The beans am better of buying canned Goya than what they make. And let me address the type of employees. Its literally cuba andam cuban but these employees are another level. Please if you dont like to work go back. Why should an employee tell a customer?Tu Maletin? when they were asked for some napkins. Its pathetic. Horrible! They had no service, Waited 10 munites for them to tell me that the chicken was not ready. I would have to wait 40... minutes. I saw one of the Server grab some food and put it in her mouth...I left! Who ever owns it is not running it correctly. Read more
