I recently came here on 6/13/22. When I walked into the food court it was overcrowded with people. I went into the line, and... less than ten minutes later, it was time for me to order my food. I admit that they do work quickly. However, they need to workon customer service. The cashier and other workers were rude to me. They served me spoiled lemonade and snatched my receipt outof the bag to throw it away. They didn't even bother asking If I wanted my receipt or not. They just threw it away; a worker isnot supposed to assume that everyone doesn't want their receipt. They should ask first. Furthermore, they were no saucesavailable, and because the cashier was rude and impatient, I didn't receive the chance to ask for them. The food was good, butit was small for a large tropichop. If you can drive out of Jackson and go to any other pollo tropical, please do so. This place is an independent franchise that... nickels and dimes you in ways no other pollo tropical does. They took away the sauce dispenser and gives you only one skimpilyfilled cup of sauce and then charge you for each additional one. Plus no tostones, which is inexcusable. I ordered online through GRUBHUB. Delivery Service was good. Food was good. I ordered the whole chicken. We love Pollo Tropical... chicken & we used to go eat lunch or dinner at the downtown location every Sunday but sadly it closed down. Now, we order onlinefrom time to time. Read more
Worst customer service ever! You place your order online, but they do not start preparing it until you come to the restaurant in... person. I just waited 45 minutes for a soup. I was there waiting trying to stress that I am in a hurry, but these employees arevery well trained in ignorance. This was my last time at this location for sure. Read more
