Hands down best Pollo tropical ever. Fast service the employees are super friendly. I made it a habit of stopping by everyday... after work to that specific Pollo Tropical. I love the the friendliness the service and how fast that drive-thru moves Expressis right. Unlike the Pollo tropical on San souci and Biscayne that place is terrible the food is just thrown however the linetakes forever. That Pollo tropical is very close to my house so when I go there I respect to be waiting at least minimum 30minutes to place my order and then another 15 to pay for it and then another five or 10 minutes to get my food. I've decided notto go there anymore and go to Pollo tropical Express. Not too bad talk them but Pollo tropical Express makes them look bad and Imean bad in the term of service food quality and time. By the time I get my food I'm not even hungry anymore because waiting solong takes my appetite away. If they need more training. Or they have the training and are not putting it to use. Read more

The wait time at the drive thru can be a little much sometimes but I usually go during rush time anyway so I can?t be upset..... just wanted to compliment this particular store. Their food has always been fresh and they make it right when it?s not and it?salways hassle free, at least that has always been my experience. The lady at the drive thru saw my face and could tell the kindof day I was having and she went the extra mile to make me smile even if it was for 20 seconds. So exited to try the new Tropi chop chicken Avocado with cilantro salsa , Ordered, waiting for 10m getting food believing that... something simple can be done right , getting ready to eat to discover that there is NOOOOOO AVOCADO AND NOOOOO CILANTRO SALSA .Just the dried food brown rice and beans chicken looks like Sunday?s old and no sauces on the side . I have been here 3 days in a row and I have experienced terrible service each day. All 3 days their was a long wait time (20+... minutes). Second day, they forgot the black beans for my chicken breast platter. Third day, when I opened the food containerit looked like someone has dropped/shaken the entire entree. This is unacceptable.
