Wished there was a zero rating. The food I ate here made me so sick. I came to Miami for a convert and I got so sick during the... event I had to return to the hotel. Since I can?t leave a review from the receipt website I?ll leave it here. To start off I pulled up to the drive through and... obviously the person taking my order was clearly not paying attention due to her having a full blown conversation as she?s?taking my order?. Then after waiting about 15 min for the food I ask for cilantro sauce and she only gives me two so I ask forme and she says I have to pay and I say I have 3 orders of large Yuca and well ends up giving two more very rudely. Finally Ileave and see that the large yuca was not even a large and only put 4 small peaces. Great location and fast if not convenient food, with a hint of home cooking.
As someone who loves Pollo Tropical this is the worst one I've been to by far. I understand how the chicken might be overcooked... sometimes and that's fine, I don't base my judgement off of one experience alone. This was not a good introduction to this chain! This location was very unorganized and forgot most of my stuff. I had to ask... twice about half my order and that took a lot to even get someone to help me. I still ended up leaving with NONE of the sauces Iordered and missing french fries. I am not happy about spending this amount of money to not getvthe items I ordered. It waslunch however I was very patient...waiting 20 past the pickup time. I ordered the same thing at over 30 pollo tropicals locations , every time the same thing and i allways ordered sauces. I never... got in the bag any sauce from any location, I allways had to ask at pick up to add them even i put them in the order. This isthe only location that put everything i asked for and in big quantities. And the food is better than any other location. Thankyou. Read more
Ordered online and waited 30 minutes before I left. I gave my name to two different employees and they said it was being made... and waited over 25 minutes before I told them a third time and walked out because they said I never mentioned my name. This wasa horrible experience and will most likely never return here. Read more
