The service here is ok, it's pretty packed most of the time and it's super slow to get the food via drive thru! And almost never... they have the sauce pollo pollo! They are also sold out of chicken wrap ???? in the evening! And for some odd reason I have beenhere a couple of times and they are sold out of chicken! Beside the Good Food that?s why you get 1-Star, Remove your Managers, their the Worst Pollo tropical Managers you will see to! ... Young Staffs are very nice and friendly but The Managers are completely toxic, rude and negative with service. I was homelessfor a week purchasing quarter chickens so I can stay inside the lobby until I leave to go to work so they wouldn?t kick me outfor loitering and the manager who open at 11AM will always bother her workers and treat them unfairly, when I go up in line toreceive service I?m not entirely sure if it?s true but it feels like they isolate myself as particular individual with no value,I believe the managers in this location are conspiring their workers to behave very nasty and deceiving Read more
