Peor servicio imposible , worst customer service ever. The food was horrible , burnt and looked like a leftover. Comida... horrible, quemada y parecia sobras. Los baños y las mesas y todo asqueroso . The service here is ok, it's pretty packed most of the time and it's super slow to get the food via drive thru! And almost never... they have the sauce pollo pollo! They are also sold out of chicken wrap ???? in the evening! And for some odd reason I have beenhere a couple of times and they are sold out of chicken! How can you be sold out of the most important item of the stablishment!It's in the name Pollo tropical! Read more

Beside the Good Food that?s why you get 1-Star, Remove your Managers, their the Worst Pollo tropical Managers you will see to! ... Young Staffs are very nice and friendly but The Managers are completely toxic, rude and negative with service. I was homelessfor a week purchasing quarter chickens so I can stay inside the lobby until I leave to go to work so they wouldn?t kick me outfor loitering and the manager who open at 11AM will always bother her workers and treat them unfairly, when I go up in line toreceive service I?m not entirely sure if it?s true but it feels like they isolate myself as particular individual with no value,I believe the managers in this location are conspiring their workers to behave very nasty and deceiving Read more
Nice location, Fairly Quick service depending on Customer traffic, always fresh food. Good selections of dishes updated year... round to keep it fresh, Pun Intended. Tasty and warm upon receipt, so its best to eat it on the spot. If not its still good onthe long haul home. You come back for more... Read more
Awful experience. Cashier Bryan walks around and chats with other employees as the line reaches the outside door. Was standing... in front of the line for 10 mins with no acknowledgement nor apologies for the wait time. Food is thrown at me. The service isabsolutely horrible. Read more
Out of boneless chicken breasts. No problem! We got the breasts bone-in, still delicious! However, the rice was overcooked,... therefore mush. And the sweet plantains, which come with a surcharge, overcooked, therefore... near charcoal, and inedible.Disappointed.
