I was looking forward to trying this Persian fast casual restaurant, but was left very disappointed by my experience. The only... real positives were that the restaurant was clean and service was friendly. I ordered two chicken kabob platters to go, whichwere $14 each. We waited 30 minutes for our food even though there was only one other customer in the restaurant. Completelyunacceptable for a fast casual restaurant serving simple meals. I expected a proper big platter with chicken, rice, salad,hummus, and fresh pita. The platter was mostly rice, which was clumpy. The chicken itself was tasty and properly cooked and andthe portion was decent, but by no means generous. The salad was uninspired with some greens, feta, onion, cucumber, a smallamount of tomato, and a few olives. They gave one small piece of low quality pita that you would find at any grocery store. Nohummus. The sumac sauce was delicious and was probably the highlight of the meal, sadly. Overall, the platter was comicallyoverpriced at $14, considering what was offered. The 30 minute wait for such disappointment only added insult to injury. Ithought that perhaps this was just an off night for them, but reading other reviews suggests that my experience is shared bymany others. Good Mediterranean food, all the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, I love the hummus which is advertised as homemade. The... meat and chicken is well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The lunch platter is well balanced and a good portion of food, the onlything I have to point is the fact that the las two times I?ve ordered from there I see just four small pieces of chicken or meaton the plate, please, consider putting at least one more piece, at almost $20 a plate I don?t think it?s unreasonable to ask forit.
