Honestly, terrible experience. I think I?ve reviewed maybe two places before. The woman working the counter rolled her eyes at... customers. She took over 10 minutes to make two drinks. Three people left she was taking so long. I ordered a chocolate frappeand she made a milkshake. To be kind, I said don?t worry about making another one, can I just have this bottled water instead.She had another person come out and tell me? a frappe is just a chocolate milkshake with ice. A frappe, a frappeccino? a frozencappuccino doesn?t have coffee. I said of course it does that?s why I ordered it. Can I just have this water please. Nope. Also,because I took it back to my table from the counter, it was too late anyway. Pretty good quality and great variety. Short personnel and not well organised, some days it takes too long to order.
All I had at this place was a cappuchino, but it was one of the worst if not the worst i ever had, watery, dark and bitter!!!! I... asked for soy milk and to my surprise it tasted like skim milk!!!! All these places pretend to sell capuchino but they are farfrom it!!! And the price? Almost $4 for a terrible capuchino. I suggest you send someone to Italy to be trained in how to make areal cappuccino?.. Read more
The place is very beautiful but the attention was unfortunately terrible. The girl too slow. When we were waiting about 15... minutes for some croquettes and a coffee (without sugar by the way) she put the order on a counter and we had to stand up andlook for it. What was our surprise when we were leaving? The clerk told us in a rather vulgar way and I quote: Clear theplates that this is not a McDonald's. The atmosphere, the music and the tasty croquettes were left in a second course due to themistreatment. That never happened to us in Coral Gables. Read more
Literally the worst service I?ve ever experienced. I wish this one star was an exaggeration. Service was extremely lost.... ?Marisol? (I guess she is the manager), took our order: one double expresso with cold milk on the side. One cappuccino and onedecaf cortado. They send us one regular latte (what it was supposed the decaf), one americano with milk (which they said was thecappuccino), and the double was fine. When I told one of the staff that the latte and the cappuccino were not good, Marisol camewith really bad actitud saying: I took the order and I know what you ordered. I replied: I the client and I?m really sure what Idid order and I never said latte. And she automatically said that is not true and I?m not going to make again your order!! WhatI was in shock and I told her ok, so refund my order then, what she replied give me back the coffees. I never never experiencedsomething like this before and less ordering three simple coffees.
