6:27am Ericka had the doors open waiting on me & Rikka. We love coming here on Fridays when the prices are more affordable just... to get our healthy dessert. Staff is nice, smoothies taste sooo good????, everyone was respectful, very mature for they?re age, and even with 2 workers on... some days they still find a way to get you your smoothie fast. I highly recommend civica smoothie king Read more

I ordered a Smoothie and trail mix on Wednesday (Today being Friday) to be delivered. On the instructions I put leave with... Security. I follow the tracking page up until delivery. As it reports that it is delivered I received nothing. I even get afollow up text from the delivery service (Door Dash) asking about the delivery person's service, and of course I put theappropriate rating. I contact Door Dash Customer service, and after explaining the problem, they tell me to contact SmoothieKing. I log back on to my Smoothie King website, and they refer me to the particular resturant. I call the resturant by phone atthis point and I speak to an assumedly young lady that explains to me that they do not have anything to do with the order afterDoor Dash picks it up. At this point I'm being given a run around by 2 companies, with no smoothie or trail mix, nor the money Ipaid, and I try not to take out my fustrations on the young lady on the phone. She then tells me that she can refund the money,and I was grateful at the time and thanked the lady. I then look at my account and no money has been refunded (Being 2 dayslater). I am currently on hold with the resturant (35 minutes and counting.) and chances are they forgot or purposely put me onhold because they dont care. I've ordered two previously times before this without a problem. Long overdue follow up to thisreview, I was eventually contacted by a Manager, Pedro and he rectified the problem and then some. I'm not sure if it was because it was full today but how can you get all the orders wrong? The girl got my order wrong, and the... smoothies were so watery. I had to remake them at home to what I had originally asked for and to thicken them out. Let's see ifthe next visit goes better because I really do enjoy these. Read more
The girls working there need better instructions! Terrible smoothie. Probably the worst I could have! I ordered a 20 oz... Gladiatior and she used the whole blender in ice! So basically i had an iced crushed ?smoothie? the whole container got filledand the 20oz cup probably didnt have even 1/3 of the 1/2 proteim cup she used! For $7.5!???? Felt like a stupid idiot!!!!
