Used to put all other healthy food spots to shame years ago. Now only a shell of its former self. Less quality on ingredients,... smaller portions, WAY higher prices, less taste, more restrictions, and the customer service is either just ok or horrendouslyatrocious, no in between. They are unprofessional dealing with Uber I picked up a order and gave them a thumbs up and they gave me a thumbs down because I... had another order to pick up after and they wanted me to deliver their order immediately!! I explained I have another order topick up, I showed them my phone showing them ?Next pick up? they said they had a problem with another Uber driver before !! Theyare just being unprofessional and seem very confused with keeping their story straight!!! They are so rude and unprofessionalit?s a shame Uber still allows this place to receive Uber orders So if another restaurant (the same as this one) makes a mistakedoes that mean this store should be given a thumbs down??? Second time I come up and now they put iextra charge for the quinoa. I love the smoothie spot chain but this is hands down my least favorite one. Every other smoothie spot in Miami tastes the same... except this one. My Keto Salad tasted pretty regrettable and all the ingredients looked different from the other stores. Theyeven seem to have a different rewards program from the rest of them for some reason. I would recommend just skipping this oneand enjoying the full quality experience at one of the many other locations around Miami. Read more
Great food, but manager at the West Kendall location needs more training in customer service. If the restaurant is having a... promotion, the manager and all the employees should be aware and make the customers feel welcomed to use the offer. A few weeksago, my daughter went to this location to use the buy 1 get 1 free wrap' coupon (picture included) from a postcard that wasdistributed at my gym. The manager didn't accept the coupon. Today I went back with the offer and the server told me to talk tothe manager, who "screened" the coupon and said that I could only use it if both wraps were exactly the same, which is notstated in the coupon disclosure. After some back and forth, he begrudgingly accepted it and he still charged me a bit extra thanmy total should have been. Read more

Honestly this place has failed me far to much to keep going here the food quality has dropped wayyyyyy down the turkey taste... like burnt feet the chicken is always dry and I can't remember a time I tried the drinks and they didn't taste like pure sugar Iwould recommend any other healty spot to eat Read more
