The only reason I give this a 1 star is because I can?t give it a zero. Everyone in the store is amazing until I had extremely... poor customer service and communication with a young woman named Marika. Absolutely horrible experience with Marika and I feelbad for the staff that works with her because Marika is treating them awfully. I?m gonna assume she?s a manager by the way sheorders around her staff angrily but no one and not even the customers should experience such behavior from an employee like thatespecially at a Starbucks where I go to start my day hopefully happily. High management really really needs to talk to Marikaabout her attitude towards the customers and her attitude especially towards her employees. Such a shame. Read more
Passed by at 245pm Tuesday 10/25. Rudest person on the window. Clearly their headgear wasnt working well and she couldnt hear me... and that isnt her fault however she treated me badly on speaker as if it was my fault, and then at the window as well, shakingher heard.
