This has to be the worse Starbucks I've ever been to. 1- Their coffee is ALWAYS watered down 2- They never have ANYTHING... especially caramel. 3- The wait is just unreal. I'm a big Caramel guy, If I have driven though 10 times at the minimum 7 timesthey are out of caramel. I will NEVER go back. Just amazing how none of these complaints get resolved. Read more

Customer service is great but the drinks are nasty. Just about every order is just unpleasant but the cherry on top that made me... write this was they messed up a pink drink? how can u mess that up, it was literally not drinkable . This has to be the worse service I ever had @Starbucks. We order through the mobile app, then waited in line for 35mins. Once we... reached the window, our food was cold, the manager said its because the order was placed an hour ago...not true! We received thebagels with no condiments, nor the things we requested. The manager stated she would have to remake the bagel. After we pulledoff, we notice hair outside on the cup...hmmm maybe this is why the cashier was laughing as she handed us our food? We got 20blocks away and discovered more hair on the bagel inside the bag. C'mon man this isn't right??This is unacceptable in 2021???? Read more
From all the Starbucks in Miami this one is definitely the worse. They always seem short staff, wait time is incredible and on... top of that I ordered a tall pumpkin spice and they served it half empty. Incredible! I think Starbucks should send a trainingteam to this store to get it in shape. At the beginning I thought that all the mess was because the store was new, but over ayear from opening its worse.
