literally gave me CLUMPY white mocha the other day. i sent it back and they told me "oh yeah the white mocha syrup gets like... that sometimes" like bestie, NO it doesn't, i literally work for a corporate starbucks location and that happens when you giveout old expired product. ewwww. Read more
If you want to wait 30 minutes got coffee this is the spot. Not only that but the manager is extremely rude.
I've been to a lot of Starbucks' and the employees at this location are by far my favorite. Angel is one of the longest standing... employees and her customer service is honestly second to none. Diedra and Odalys and the rest of the staff there are alwayssuper efficient and welcoming to the students and employees. I think Starbucks is lucky to have such diligent workers and peoplethat make customers want to keep going back. Love them! Also, another local guide posted something about the gold cards rewards.While it's true that you can't cash out any rewards at this location because it's owned by FIU, you can still make purchaseswith your card and rack up stars for use at any other non-university location, so it's not a complete loss. If the long linesare too much, you can always download the Tapingo app, order ahead, and skip the line. Hope that helps! Read more
