If you want to wait 30 minutes got coffee this is the spot. Not only that but the manager is extremely rude.
I've been to a lot of Starbucks' and the employees at this location are by far my favorite. Angel is one of the longest standing... employees and her customer service is honestly second to none. Diedra and Odalys and the rest of the staff there are alwayssuper efficient and welcoming to the students and employees. I think Starbucks is lucky to have such diligent workers and peoplethat make customers want to keep going back. Love them! Also, another local guide posted something about the gold cards rewards.While it's true that you can't cash out any rewards at this location because it's owned by FIU, you can still make purchaseswith your card and rack up stars for use at any other non-university location, so it's not a complete loss. If the long linesare too much, you can always download the Tapingo app, order ahead, and skip the line. Hope that helps! Read more

Based on my past couple of visits, I really liked it and I would come back. I usually avoid the other Starbucks at the library... because it feels so crowded, and at this one there's more breathing room. The employees have been nice, and they have plenty ofoptions to choose from. There was enough seating space (although I would still like a bit more) and the music wasn't toointrusively loud or annoying, like at so many other Starbucks. Happy! Read more
