When I first wake up in the morning there?s only one thing I desire, a morning cup of fresh delightful Starbucks coffee, I?m... greeted with a smile by the employees there, they meet my gaze and ask me what size, Venti I say, yes with extra whipped cream,the staff there oh the staff, they are some of the best baristas in the state let me assure you, and the way they brew is unlikeany other Starbucks I?ve gone to, but it doesn?t just stop there, the employee who yells orders there does so in a perfectlyclear and amplified voice, making sure no one?s name goes unheard. I have been going to this Starbucks since two years ago and I always asked for the same , Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino and... it has always been delicious . This past Saturday I asked for one and first they gave the drink hot I don?t know the reason why. After that , they gave it to me without the whipped cream and finally it was this drink without the salted , tasted like purechocolate and it was horrible . I need it to though it away . I don?t like to leave complains because I have work at customerservice too but this is something I am paying for is not something for free .However I can say that the cashier was really nice. I just waited for my ham and cheese croissant for 10 minutes, if I never said anything about it they would?ve completely forgot... on top of that I got it cold. I question my sanity every time I come to this Starbucks. I work at an actual Starbucks, not a franchise, and the things I see... going on at this location are appalling. There?s like 15 people working, but working at a 2-man pace. 3 or 4 people just talkingin the corner not doing anything. If you order even a slightly complicated drink they either have no idea what you?re talkingabout or don?t know how to make it. ->They mess up on people?s orders all the time, which considerably slows down the wait time.Average wait is 15 minutes. ->on numerous occasions they?ve charged me (and other people) for coconut milk (and this goes forany other specialty milk, like almond and soy) and syrups on things like Iced Coffee/Cold Brew, which you?re supposed to get forfree. ->Ordered a Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew and no one in the store seemed to know how to make it. (They made it wronganyway) The Cold Brew, I suspect, is under steeped. They often forget ingredients in drinks. They apparently charge you for evena Tall Ice Water, which you?re supposed to get for free. ->I saw this happen today where a woman asked for just a Tall IceWater, even though she bought a Frappuccino. This is the last time I?m ever going to this location. Save your money and go toan actual Starbucks. This location is a waste of time. Read more

Friendly staff, food/drinks are always great but this location lacks efficiency. Wait times to just place your order are... eternal; whether the lines are full or not. I do wonder if they?re only allowed a certain amount of orders per set time?Baristas here are fine, but perhaps something could be done about the speed at which they work. This place has super long lines, the staff was slow. They kept giving customer the wrong orders. After customers returned their... wrong orders they would just hand them to the right customers even though these orders had been touched by others. I ordered asandwich that was given to me cold and a hot Vanilla latte that did not tasted like one at all, I couldn?t drink it, it wasdisgusting. I can understand the long wait but at least do my order right. Just make sure the quality of the food is acceptableif you are going to make your customers wait. Read more

Awesome young people who provide excellent and friendly customer service. Available seating inside and outside throughout the... university to enjoy the lakes and more. If you are visitor you have to pay for parking, there is no free parking. Friendly service, but avoid coming here around 9am and between 12-2pm, the lines get crazy long. They take starbucks cards but... don't give out the Starbucks rewards. Read more
