Horrifying customer service. They don?t have ingredients and they are annoyed when you try to order them. The woman at the... register today cut me off and didn?t even let me finish my sentence. Think she said sorry? Nope. Just said ?we don?t have it?.Thankfully I only like one Starbucks drink and since they never have the foam I don?t go often. Their espresso drinks are awfulanyway. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real coffee shop, not this horrible place. Read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to, the inside is disgusting, bathrooms are incredibly dirty, tables unwiped outside. Staff... doesn't know their own product when I asked about a product a member responded it's the "regular" one. The other staff memberspent 5 minutes talking to a customer about her personal life while the line grew to 6 people behind me. While waiting for mycoffee the only member that's supposed to be making them is once again just chatting, she also put the coffees in two differentsides of the counter so while a bunch of people are waiting on one side where there's coffees made just sitting there, shestarted putting them somewhere you couldn't see. To add insult to the establishment of a coffee shop, there's no Wi-Fi. Such anice area for a poor experience. There's a bunch of coffee shops here, I left to another one and will never return to thislocation. Read more
The WORST Starbucks you can find over the Planet!!!! Premium location with the WORST service. A lot of traffic and the... franchise owner or who ever is managing this location decided to save on personal and there one cashier and one poor guy tryingto make all the coffee. The result is the worst Starbucks coffee you can find and long wait time! If you want to stop for acoffee at this location be ready to invest good 40 min of your time!! Amazing location, great potential for growth and doing a great business. Unfortunately sad experience. The first day they don't... have Nitro Cold Brew, the second day they don't have berries and next day they are not able to do frappuccinos...out of a lot ofmenu items. I understand that there are problems with deliveries, but the staff is extremly slow with zero energy. Lobby hasdirty and sticky tables outside and inside. Wi-Fi does not work! One person taking order nice but the other one girl was terrible.They make a... coffee and we did know, they don't call us Finally we get the coffee was wrong we ask cold with whip cream they bring hotwithout it.
