Perhaps one of the most inconsistent Starbucks in the country. Being a regular traveler I can tell you it is pretty often that... they open 1 or 2 hours later than their schedule. And it?s even more often that they have a massive queue of customers as it islikely understaffed. Yes, there are other coffee options in the terminal in case you don?t have 1 hour to wait. Read more

The workers were extremely slow on helping with customers and serving them drinks. After a half hour I was at that register and... the cashier just took off so I waited another 5 minutes until someone else helped. I would not recommend them if in a hurry. Read more

Everything wrong with big corporations (in this case HMS) can be seen in this Starbucks. Extremely long lines of customers... waiting for the order to be taken, then more than 30 minutes to receive your coffee ??. Only two employees (one for the cashierand one barista). Ordered on the app and showed up at the correct time. Batista had an attitude and said I should've shown up immediately after... ordering. The drink was supposed to be pumpkin Frappuccino and it tasted like she didn't rinse out the cup from Chai tea! Tastesterrible! Don't recommend this location Read more

All women employee here seem to have a problem with smiling. All the dudes were friendly. Today the African-American woman with... red locks was chewing gum like a cow and popping bubbles in her mouth while giving a rude response on her preparing all thecoffee for the entire people that were behind me in line before making mine. I went to tell her calmly and respectful that itseemed that they have forgotten my coffee as she was handing out the orders to the people after me and the people before me wereall gone already. And I promise this is the slowest Starbucks I?ve been in my entire life. Need some orientation on how tointeract with clients for sure and maybe some manners as well! Don?t spend your money in this Starbucks , plus it seemed veryunsanitary on how she was making drinks after drinks and not rinsing well their containers..and not to mention I ordered avanilla drink and this has no syrup in it whatsoever.. 10$ thrown away?. Plan on waiting an hour to place your order. This store has been short staffed as far back as I can remember. People leave the... line constantly, which helps the wait some, as most people do not want to wait an hour for coffee. Read more

Wow okay..: I?m a certified Starbucks barista and this is the worse Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. I walked up to the cash... register after waiting 45 minutes in a line (which was super short they?re just extremely slow) to order and it?s about 2minutes before I?m acknowledged then in the middle of my order being taken, the partner at the POS leaves for about 5 minutesbefore coming back to finish taking my order. When waiting for my drink I noticed that nothing was rinsed properly or thoroughlyleaving behind bits of the previous drinks in the blender then the barista did not follow any standards or proper measurementsset by Starbucks while making the drink (not to mention making my drink wrong) to then hand me a drink made wrong. When Iattempted to fix the mistake she lied and said she hadn?t put coffee in my drink when i had watched her pump the frap roast notto mention the color and taste was that of the frap roast (this could be a serious problem for people unable to consumecaffeine) and since I?m a barista as well I knew she was lying yet she finally remade my drink but she took the cup back andrinsed out the cup to remake the drink instead of getting a clean cup (gross and against company policy). Then when i receivedmy remade Frappuccino it was off in consistency and taste and i was too tired and frustrated to get it corrected again. Don?twaste your money at this Starbucks. They?re slow, (spent 45 minutes in line) they will make your drink wrong, and are veryunsanitary. If i could give 0 stars I would Read more

They are clearly short-staffed but the service is very good. Average wait per customer is about 6-7 minutes with only one... Barista so please keep that in mind. I waited in line until open with 5 people in front of me and got to order after about 20-25minutes. I was attended by Olga who got my order just right and she worked promptly. Read more
