The staff is unprofessional. I placed a mobile order today and didn?t get my drinks until 45 mins later. I brought it up to... three employees a couple times because everyone that came in after me got their drinks right away. They were fooling around anddidn?t care that I was standing there waiting on my order the whole time. I finally got fed up and asked for a refund because Iwas waiting for 45 mins for drinks that weren?t even made yet. The lady kept dismissing me and saying she?ll make it right now.I just wanted a refund at that point. She asked one of the employees why they didn?t make it earlier and the guy responded inSpanish ?I put the cups in the back because I didn?t know how to make it?. He didn?t bother to communicate with the otherworkers about it until asked. When I finally got the drinks, they didn?t even make it right. It?s not even a hard drink to make,it?s just expresso, almond milk, and honey. I?m just mad that the lady basically denied me a refund when I asked because thedrinks weren?t made yet so I could?ve easily gotten my money back. But instead she ignored my request and proceeded to make thedrinks wrong and I had to wait so long, it wasn?t even worth it at that point. Read more
