I placed 2 online orders through mobile app and got confirmation for same. I also received confirmation for 1st order ready for... pick up. On mobile app it showed both orders are ready. Went to pick up order 15 mins after pick up time only to know that theyhave not prepared my order as bread was not available. Then staff members tells us we have to wait for another 15 min as breadis being baked. We decided to wait and go back after 15 mins. They only processed 1 order. When we asked about 2nd order, theytell us they don't have 2nd order, ask us to wait then they say it did not go through system. Then they call some one and decideto give us. After another 30 mins we got our second order which they did not prepare properly. They were ignoring us all thetime. Staff member was so rude and unprofessional. They treated us like they are giving it for free. Forget about apologizing,she even did not bother to look at us or say hi. We were waiting at pick up counter and she started serving a new customer whocame after us. I still have charge on my account for 2 orders and they only processed one order in their system. I feel bad for the employee who was making my sandwiches. It took my gf and I over 30 minutes to complete our order. the service is terrible. they're pretty fast but for some reason there's always seasoning underneath and on top of the bread... which i never asked for. Recently I went to place an order for a black forest ham sub with double everything and i got foodpoisoning and i felt terrible. either the ham or something was expired or maybe someone didn't wash thier hands. I'm not sure. i wouldn't recommend going here at all. might as well go to the other restaurants nearby where you'll get treated better.terrible food Read more
DO NOT GET SUBS AT THIS SUBWAY. The staff is horrible!!! The girl today barely spoke English. She acted like I was bothering her... by ordering 4 subs. You would think the staff would be happy I am giving them more business. She actually asked the peoplebehind me how many sandwiches they wanted because they spoke spanish. It seemed as though she wanted to help them more than me.Then as she is preparing my sandwiches, she ran out of pickles. It was 5:30 in the afternoon.....and she said there were no morepickles in the entire store. I am sure there were more in the back, but she was too lazy to go get them. AMAZING!!!! The service was not bad but the lady was sick and she kept coughing in front of me then changed her gloves twice once she did... not wash her hands she should not have been in front of customers making sandwiches and they should have provided a mask forher. She should honestly have gone home or called in sick I hope subway gives their employees paid sick days this is notsanitary! Read more
To the young woman who rung me up, poorly wrapped my sandwich and damn near chucked my food at me and my husband from across the... counter, quit your job. If you hate it that much quit your job. You are extremely rude, and should not be working in customerservice with that attitude. I don't recommend this location unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. Maybe it's not all ofthe people who work there, but YACQUELY, the woman who prepared our food, should not be working there. And you know what causedher attitude? Me asking VERY politely if she could change her gloves since she had touched meat before, and I'm a vegetarian.There was no one in line behind us. The lady here handles money with the same glove she does the food. Horrible attitude. Worst subway ever.
