I placed an online order and when I get there the girl tells me oh your online order was cancelled. Since it got cancelled I... decided to place my order again. What angers me is that if my order was canceled then how come I didnt get my money back. I gotcharged twice. NO fair subway. I will never order at this retarded subway joint again. The experience was horrible the people that served me Nitcia, and a gentleman were very rude and didn?t want to serve what I... ordered because they were incompetent to wrap it properly. When they gave me my wrap it was a mess, I have ordered the samething in various locations and there is never a problem. They made a big deal about it making me feel uncomfortable andembarrassed in front of everybody. I love Subway but I will never visit this location again. Read more

Great sandwiches every time is what we do. That's not true! I just had the worst experience ever with this location. I wanted to... try the new Hero, but they were out of salami. I wanted Italian Herb bread, but they were out. I asked for a cup of water that Iget at every location, but they were out of cups. Out of everything on a Tuesday at dinner time is unacceptable. Never mind I'msitting next to a homeless person hanging out in the dining area without making a purchase. A different homeless person asked meto buy him a sub while I was eating. The reason this has become a homeless hangout is because the employees pay them cash andfood to take out the trash! I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the last two years for individual meals,party platters for my employees, etc. Tonight, is the last time I come back to this location. It's disgusting, poorly managedand the employees obviously don't care about their customers. I'll take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I come incontact to do the same. Read more
Order on line one of the only online subs and they didnt add the provolone cheese not very happy about it. Also when i went to... get my sub, i decide to get a drink. I only drink lemonade ( only water) then i went for sprite ( didnt taste like sprite)had todecide for regular coke. I think i will have to drive a little farder because dont feel like having this experience again. Themanager was in the back i suppouse both of the employees in the front (very nice) ask someone to check the machine and theydidnt even come out just wanted me to grab a small drink from the fridge and there wasnt any lemonade either.
