This is the WORST location in the area. The last time I went there the lady "Alina" (012) (1/A-476280) told my senior mother... the restrooms were out of service (meanwhile her mother was comfortably sitting in the restaurant); today the ice machine wasout of service (no one wants to pay for a combo and drink a warm soda). Definitely not coming back here and corporate has mycomplaint for today's visit (again). Read more

Food is great. Customer service awful. First, as I approached the restaurant the lady behind the counter was doing stretches,... she greeted me when I walked in but made me wait while she swept the floor. When she was taking my order I realized she onlyspoke Spanish and didn't understand everything I said in English so I gladly spoke to her in Spanish. I had difficulty hearingher over the music and through her mask because she spoke softly. Towards the end I asked for a specific sauce on the footlongsub but not on the 6 inch sub. I thought she repeated ehat I said back to me but I misheard and nodded for her to add the sauceto both. After calling the person I was ordering for and asking if they were ok with the sauce I told the lady I was going totake the sub and not order an additional one. She replied something I couldn't hear so I asked her to please speak louder. Shetold me I should've paid attention when making my order or she wouldn't have made the mistake. I explained I was payingattention but couldn't hear her clearly and that I never blamed her. She rolled her eyes at me and began to say something else.I asked her to speak up and she kept insisting that I wasn't paying attention and was blaming her. I stopped trying to explain.The music stopped as she rung me up and I heard her say that I didn't know what I was doing or saying and something I couldn'tunderstand in a mocking tone like a child. I just thanked her for my food, asked her for the manager's name, she very loudlygave me the name, and asked me in a mocking tone like a child "Oh you're going to complain about me?". I walked out. So I went to this place on this past Tuesday because I won a 6" Subway sandwich with my T-mobile Tuesday app, to redeem it. And... the guy that was working at night tells me that he can't give me my sandwich because his manager told him not to do it. And thathe had told everyone the same thing, that it wasn't only me. And they had supplies available I saw it, but his manager just toldhim not to do it. Very bad. Why would I win something if a Sunway manager is going to tell his employees he won't give asandwich to anyone... Read more
