Get the picture, I went yesterday to dine in post Covid19 during lunchtime & bathrooms are closed to customers yet every other... business in the shopping center including all food establishments have restrooms open to customers. You won't see me ever inthis Subway location. Poor judgement & lazy staff to sanitize. Read more

CAREFUL! if you can see my pictures, please look. I ordered a tuna sandwich and they apparently skipped the tuna. So as funny... as it sounds, try to think past skipping the tuna in my sandwich. Management promotes skimping out on meats. If they try tosave money on the main things we as customers are looking for, what does this mean for the things we cannot see? So, what elsedo they skimp out on? Do they use the proper cleaning materials (those can be expensive)? Do they pay for the proper upkeep ofthe back kitchen? Do they pay to have the proper staff required to clean as often as needed to meet food requirements? I betwe laugh that they spread the tuna as thin as a quarter... but i would bet the bag of chips that the stuff behind the counter atthis location is likely something we wouldn?t laugh at. Worst service ever. The manager is rude and why if there's two people at the store they leave the front area alone.Also, if you... need to replace a cup because it fell on the floor she will charge you because that is part of inventory and will tell youthat with an attitude they need to be retrained on how to speak to others. Who is the manager of this subway? I went here last Sunday to purchase a veggie wrap with my rewards card. I knew I had five... dollars&change plus a $2 reward, enough to buy a veggie wrap. When i gave the employee my card, she said I had no points??? Iexplained to her the card has a cash Balance & one $2 reward. She didn't know How to use the card and all she can tell me is Ihave no points. How can these employees not know how to process the card that subway promotes? Very piss-poor service. Then shehad the nerve to say she doesn't speak English. I would never experience this@ Chick-fil-A. Do better subway. Read more

It?s not the best subway store in the world but it does what it should: be there if you?re hungry. We had the deal of the day... today and it was tasty. The store was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The drink machine wasn?t able to serve coke tho. Read more

i don't want to be over critical but ever since i came here to this subway i had a bad vibe with the energy of the staff. Not... only that,we are just getting started. when i went in the bathroom i found a dead roach on the floor. instead of them picking itup they left it there very bad. Read more

This Subway has very rude employees', they have a new rule, if you don't buy from them, you are not allowed to use there... restrooms. It makes no sense for someone that has an emergency or bladder problem and instead of them addressing itprofessionally they will scream at you in front of the entire restaurant while its completely full of people and make sure theyembarrass you. Its a form of harassment when everyone stares at you. I hope the manager decides to get new employees, I've neverbeen humiliated this way before. I called for a manager and she didn't care at all so I had to call corporate and hopefully theowner does something about it. Will never go here again and I will be sure everyone knows my experience.
