I placed an order for takeout. When my dad got there they were giving us only 3 rolls when we had ordered 5. They called the... ?manager? and my dad said he was missing 2 rolls and he simply did not care. My dad literally had to point it out on the receiptsince the manager thought he was lying, as if he was trying to get two free rolls?. This is not the first time they mess up theorder and it?s not the first time they accuse us. It?s simply terrible customer service. When my dad gets home that theyverified that they put the rolls that we had ordered it up being that they put 2 tuna rolls instead of 1 that we had ordered andmissing the dragon roll. I called, they said to go pick it up, when we get there they didn?t even apologize for theinconvenience. They called the ?manger? who never came out to speak to me, zero costumer service! The owner should supervisetheir employee and make sure they are competent to complete the job since they messed up our order 3 times and it?s not thefirst time it happens. Sad to say, this place fell down. Last time I went the food smell and tasted bad. One bite, I spit it out. I didn't want to add... this in, but I saw a big roach. DONT GO TO SUSHI SAKE COUNTRY WALK. Disgusting sushi menu... nothing is fresh! They had a freaking hair in my sushi! Then the... lady on the phone gave me zero help or resolution for this issue. Been here several times. William usually helps us. I love coming here not sure the last person leaving a bad review. Nothing... but good times here. We come every two weeks and always on Wednesday. Adrian runs the place and he is a great host. If I hada restaurant I would partner with Adrian and William. Thank you William and Adrian for going above and beyond. Read more
