I ordered sushi through ubereats and I was so shocked at what I received. The Kani su was good enough to eat but they didn't... give me enough rice vinegar and there wasn't any on the side. The shrimp tempura roll didn't have the tempura shrimp in, nospicy Mayo on top, and tasted very soggy. Then the wasabi looked very old. Even by looking at the color you could tell it wasn'tfresh. The food wasn't really good. Almost choked on tempura, nobody cared. No soap in the bathroom, no way to sanitize your hands... before eating. Water is undrinkable. If the owner sees this, please take it as constructive criticism. Read more

Very disappointed in our dining experience at the westchester location We used to come here before the pandemic and the food and... service were top notch. Our pineapple rice was sticky and crunchy it seemed it was either over cooked or served from last night.It took over 30 minutes to finally get part of our food served although the waiter was pleasant and very apologetic for the longwait time. Water drops from their AC ceiling vent was constantly falling on us. To try to solve the AC issue an employee placeda bloom with a dirty rag over it and tried to wipe the vent dry, this occurred a few times while we were eating! This restaurantused to be great, It?s unfortunate how it?s declined. Read more

Food is delicious. Service is ok at best, but also bathrooms and floor really dirty. Management isn?t too good it seems

After coming here & expecting a nice birthday lunch, I found a long HAIR in my appetizer and was immediately turned off from... eating the rest of the food (another appetizer and 2 entrees) that was ordered. The manager, who was extremely RUDE andUNPROFESSIONAL, said though the food was not consumed nor touched by us, he would still charge us for the entire meal because"the food was already made." He also tried to say the hair was one of ours, though the hair was found deep within the dish andwas not discovered until after several bites (EW!). After arguing with him for a decent amount of time about how UNSANITARY itis to find hair in our food, he finally took off the items from our bill that were not consumed. Never once apologized or seemedremorseful, so no I will not be returning. Read more

The hibachi food we ordered was horrible, it was dry and tasteless and cold - the fried rice was hard and cold - like if it had... been made earlier in the day ? it definitely was not fresh. I made sure to ask if they had placed sauces in our bag and wasassured it had been, there was one tiny half filled plastic container - barely enough for one meal and we had 2 meals.. our billwas over $70.. and it was the worst meal ever. We used to eat here all the time and it was always wonderful - not anymore. Onetop of the bad food the restaurant looked super dirty and dinghy? I can?t understand what happened! Came in on a Sunday afternoon, not busy at all. Asked to sit outside, the team was really nice but the service wasn?t the... best. Salad was horrible? it was just cut up iceberg and the dressing was not good at all. Also had the edamame- didn?t reallycare for it and I?m obsessed with edamame. Angel roll was good.. overall didn?t have a filling lunch date. Kids Menu- friedchicken pieces cut up with rice. I feel that they can do better. Read more
