This Taco Bell is just bad, the food is ok but the fact that when you order using any online services such as Uber eats etc,... they ALWAYS forget an item or two. I?ve ordered 3 times in the past month because I work from home and I get hungry, the otherTaco Bell are as bad but I thought this one was better. They left out my items even tho I called when I made the order toadvise and ask to please, not leave out any of my items I am paying for and guess what? They still missed three items. Taco Bell has been a go to for me my whole life. And I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Taco Bell needs to do better. The... wait time for my in-store order was nearly 20 minutes, and that was after waiting 15 minutes in line, with a normal amount offoot traffic. Then to top it all off, I got home and my Crunchwrap had no beans or beef. The franchisee/manager of this facilityneeds to do better: allocate proper staff size for shifts, train the cashier to be responsive and polite, and deliver the foodor service that was requested in a timely manner. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This is the worst Taco Bell location there is and if I could give it 0 stars, I would. This is the nearest... Taco Bell to my house and have been coming here for years and they mess up your order every single time. Even at times when I goa full hour before closing, they do not serve you fresh food. I came at 11:30 three times , 30 minutes before closing and they told me they only had hard and soft tacos . WHAT IS THAT IF... YOURE GOING TO BE OPEN TILL A CERTAIN TIME GO BY THAT . One time i came at 12:40 and they told me they were closing Leary due tofumigation and i heard them laughing in the back . That was a complete lie . They just take way too long. I've been in sit-down restaurants where I get my food faster than I do though the drive-through of... this T-Bell. They usually do a good job at getting the order right, but the other day I ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme and theygave me nothing more than a tortilla wrap with lettuce inside of it. I've seen other customers get into arguments with them overthe wait-time, and they're extremely unprofessional. Read more
