Typically, the line is always busy and I don?t got no problem in waiting. My one star goes out to this one bad worker, who works... in the drive thru. Today October 7 at approximately 8 about to be 9 at night. I had the worst service. The lady who was takingmy order, was making me repeat what I was saying(and not only I repeated myself but the person who was sitting next in the car had to yell so that she could hear correctly) she basically was taking my order and playing around at work. I don't live in the US, and, in my country, a fast food restaurant is NOT a marginal, almost forgotten by god, lonelier than Joe... Biden in his birthday, kind of place. That seems to be the case with fast food joints in the US. The vibe in this Taco Bellrestaurant was horrible. The place was lonely, dirty and the service was close to terrible. There were two screens to placeorders and one was broken beyond repair. It?s a good thing that night i felt like having a depressing dinner. Sorry but i'mnot coming back ever! I placed a mobile order went to pick up my food arrived at the counter and not even asked if I was helped. stood in the line... which only had 2 people other then myself for about 30 mins before I was given my food that ultimately was cold and had to bemade over. Makes no sense to order online because you're going to end up waiting might as well go in and order. Manager statesyou have to come to the counter and say you have a mobile order but there's no one at the counter to assist. All the employeesare preparing food and moving so slowly and seem so lost when your asking for something. Read more
i literally live next to this location and every time, without fail, they'll take a minimum of 40 minutes to prepare the... simplest order. the workers are inattentive and rude no matter how patient you are with them. you're better off going virtuallyanywhere else Read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. Took 20 mins to get our order. (3 burritos) Once we got our food one of the... items was partially unwrapped like they were thrown in there. We ordered 2 drinks that we never received. Tried to ask someoneto get them but not one person standing at the register the whole time. 2 employees sitting up front in the lobby using stronglanguage like there was no one around. Read more
I want to start off by saying I have only once ever left a bad review. However, I do not have enough words to express how... terrible this Taco Bell location was. THE WORST. Waited 20 minutes for an $8 order. No one was at the counter for 20 minutes, sowe finally left without our drinks. Two employees came inside from their break reeking of weed & body odor, cursing loudly,trashing their manager - all while sitting within 2 feet of me. This place is disgusting, I highly recommend moving along to thenext Taco Bell location, or any where but here. Read more
Very very long wait for food. Very cheap execution of a restaurant. E.g. all electrical outlets plated over so there is no... phone charging. No soda machine working except behind the counter (for sure to limit customer refills), etc. It was a verystingy Taco Bell! The food quality was poor as well woth things like chips and tortillas being stale. Homeless outside lefthorrible messes and smells of urine.
