I think this restaurant should hire cashier's that at least speak a minimum of English. The young man didn't when understand the... word burrito. I had to translate for the two people in front of me who were not of Spanish origin Read more

The staff does not even know the ingredients of the products Taco Bell sells. I asked for a Fresco Crunch Wrap (Has everything... except the dairy products). The lady in the drive through didn't know what it was, she said she couldn't find it as an option toselect in the register and when the manager chimed in, it would seem that he didn't know what it was either although he said hedid. I order everything Fresco due to dairy allergies. It was mentioned and they gave me the Crunch Wrap with the ground beef,lettuce and tomato, no beans but they surely put a bucket of sour cream. I took to bites out of it which has lead to swelling, 2Benadryl's and an Epie pen ready for the strike. Whoever the manager of this location is needs to reconsider how he trains theemployees because he/she is not doing a good job. Taco Bell, train your employees! Read more

This Taco Bell not consistent with quality of food. Chalupas where cold or microwaved.. The crunch tacos not crunch. A real lack... of respect for peoples time and money. This only happens to me in This location. When you call the restaurant to complaint NOANSWER.. JUST RINGS. Read more

Terrible customer service. Got my order wrong, forced me to pay an additional 30 cents for their mistake, then charged me 13... dollars instead of 30 cents. Went back and demanded a refund on the additional charge. They came back with a receipt for the.30 cents (because of course after all of this they can?t say sorry don?t worry about the 30 cents), but no receipt for therefund. Had to wait for them to go back in and get me a copy to confirm they corrected their mistake. Not one person apologizedfor their several mistakes. Read more

Plenty of parking, that's for starters. Always busy drive-thru. Newly completely remodeled store (inside & out). Serves food... from KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Most items and specials offered. A little disorganization in the kitchen. Had to wait for myorder, because another employee took our pizza and they needed to cook one again (7 minutes). Self serve soda machine areacompletely wet. Bathrooms are semi-clean, but never saw an employee enter the bathroom to clean as stated on the sign that it'scleaned every 30 minutes; was in the establishment for about 45 minutes.
