One of the worst experiences i have ever had in a restaurant. 20 min wait for table which is ok for a sunday night. (No... complaints here) We sat down they were "out" of most steaks ???? not what we wanted but my wife is pregnant and she was cravingsteak at this point. So we settled for a second choice steaks. After an hour, our steaks show up. My wife is pregnant so sheasked for well done with no pink. Well long story short, her meat was rare, we sent it back, it was medium we sent it backagain, third time the manager claims this is how well done is. I have attached pictures for your consideration. The sides wereall wrong was sent back twice. After complete destruction of what supposed to be our nice meal the manager gave us $10 coupon.We didn't touch the meat. We ate one of our sides ( they couldn't get the "loaded baked potatoes") and the bread. I took my 20ounce meat home just to weigh it. I know the meat shrinks when cooked but there is no way a 20 ounce meat can be 5.7 ounces (bone included). I have been to this very restaurant many times and never had any problems. (Which is why i kept on comingback) Either management has changed, or became mentally unstable. They kept on saying its not our fault. Well, if you can't getthe order right 3rd time and insisting on this is how it is... it kinda is your fault. Needless to say I will not be back hereanymore. Will not be recommending it to anyone. If you love to eat good meat ????, I recommend you visit this restaurant It offers different types of meat and cuts. The place... is cute, very different from other restaurants in Miami; It's an American cowboy style ????. They offer delicious cocktails,Margarita is my favorite. The prices are good and the quality of the food is excellent. The waiters are professional, friendlyand enthusiastic. If you want to feel like a cowboy riding a horse, go on your birthdays ???? it's so much fun ???? Read more

I’m giving them five stars based on atmosphere and hospitality. I’m vegan so my daughter and I ordered the only items on... the menu that didn’t contain animal products. You do have a few other things that look very delicious if you’revegetarian. Betsy was awesome. She’s a promoter/hostess. She was very welcoming and helped me a lot with the menu once shefound out that were vegan. She’s been vegetarian for 40 years and spent a good while combing through the menu for items wecould eat. Everything we had was delicious. We were there for a school fundraiser. This was my first time at this restaurant. It is very upbeat and lively atmosphere. They are a steakhouse with reasonable prices, country music playing in the backgroundand a positive attitude. I’d go back under the right circumstances despite the lack of vegan options. Read more
As always what a great place. Like the food, like the environment, but love the staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and... welcoming. Yes i know that part of it is scripted and they are required to ask you things which is okay. I will say however I'venoticed the food portions are getting smaller. Ordered a burger last time and got 6 French fries with it. I just hope they don'tget too skimpy on portions. Read more
