The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. I would come back here for dinner or just to hang out with friends for a drink or two.... The restaurant is inside the hotel. I flew in late and was super hungry before I went to my room and stopped by the therestaurant to have this meal. I had shrimp and fries. The shrimp was delicious; however, I didn’t care for the sauce on thefries at all. The food was pricey to be bar food. I think both combined total over $30. The service and ambiance of therestaurant were both great. Read more

I attended a conference at Intercontinental Miami this week, I can not say enough good things about it! Located right on... Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami, minutes away from everything. Walking into the hotel you are greeted with a fresh aroma, cleanand vibrant interiors. The lobby atrium has soaring ceilings of glass and an impressive massive stone art piece. There isconvenient seating around with plush and stylish furniture. Nice clusters around for clients to have privacy while working orlounging. Toro Toro is their inhouse restaurant. The pricing of the food is quite substantial price point but delicious.Armando j Febles is the executive chef, he obviously knows what he is doing. Everything I have had from burgers to the grouperhas been amazing. I ordered the beef fillet antichucho this evening which is Peruvian aji adobo, chimichurri and charred cornsalad for $28. Tiny portion, pretty but tasty. I ordered the Pina colada rum cake which was delicious and my friends orderedthe La Bamba. It was a whole presentation! It was a chocolate bowl served with ice cream and awesomeness inside, they lay downpaper and smashed the bowl and drizzle three different types of sauces on top. So. Good. They play fun and vibrant music sureto get you in the party mood. All of the employees at the hotel and restaurant where welcoming and friendly and went out oftheir way to accommodate. It was a great experience, I highly recommend the Intercontinental and Toro Toro. ????? Read more

Went for a late afternoon Sunday brunch, food offerings was buffet style and very delicious, also very friendly and attentive... service, not too busy but music is bit loud. Buffet price is a bit on the higher end but I would say it’s totally worth it. Read more

Nice beautiful place, a little smaller than i expected. It was slightly a fast pace atmosphere with loud music and alot of... people outside. Meat was delicious. A service charge of 18% was added to the meal. Just a heads up. Truffle fries were extragood. Ask for extra Jalapeno ontop. Read more

Google lists this place as $$ while it definitely should be $$$$. Steak, Side, Dessert and 2 glasses of wine: 160$ for one... person. The rib eye was fine, a bit fatty, but not super special. For the price I had much better ones. The presentation of thedessert was really cool, it came in form of an ashtray with cigar that turned out to be ice cream. Read more

When customer service is poor but food is exquisite it leaves you as the guest in a tough position. I am big on customer... service, respect and courtesy especially when dining out. Jessica the who worked front end last Saturday night was unfortunatefor me and the restaurant which acquired this 1 star rating. She was rude, condescending, judgemental and actually quite nasty. She looked at me from head to toe (I was dressed casually) and her facial expression screamed it all There were a few maleguests at the bar dressed in tux. However, i was taking out plus there was no dress code as friends of mine dined there withcasual wear. Her attitude towards me reflected her facial expression. I would not tolerate nor should anyone disrespectfulattitudes especially when not deserved. About the meal which due to her biased and unprofessional conduct spoiledmy appetite andI could not continuemy meal. I was so upset. However, from what I ate the mash potatoes were the best I ever tasted. The steakwas medium well not medium as I requested but definitely OMG fantastic. The truffle fries we crispy on the outside and nice andwarm on the inside. The food was definitely a 5star quality meal but the service stunk like a toilet sewer unattended fordecades. It was sad as I work hard for a living, made many sacrifices in my life to be able to treat myself and this was sodisgusting it will take a while to get forgive and forget. Read more
