Worse experience ever. Night time staff are always aggressive and rude. Making the customers wait while they put a bucket in the... floor so the sensor detects a vehicle, instead you have to wait 10 feet from the door, while they prepare your food? Awfullocation. We arrived into miami late evening wanting to get a quick bite. I?m a massive fan of Wendy?s but extremely disappointed to be... greeted with such customer service. During the order the employee seemed extremely annoyed with us. After the order, we went topull up and was waved to stop so the sensor did not start the clock. I?m assuming the clock he referred to was the one thattracks how long the orders take and if they?re with in the standard. As we were sitting 10ft or so, in front of the 2nd window,he kept reaching a bucket out the window and touching the ground with it. Passing by on my way to work and started to crave a Wendy's burger. Very fast service and the food was still VERY fresh which is... big for me as it didn't taste like the food was thrown in a microwave. The staff at the window, pleasant and answered all myquestions regarding price without having an attitude. If I'm ever on that side of town I would go back. Read more

I?m really upset.. I paid for the new cheddar chicken meal.. they gave me what they wanted.. a Freaking burger. Where?s my... chicken.. I want My money back..
