This wendys sucks... they don't even let you dine in during dine in hours lolllll
9 out of 10 times they get your order right. They forget sauces more often. Always check your bags before driving home.
It is a good and cheap place to get a meal, this Wendy's have really good ac so if you want to eat inside it is going to be a... pleasure. Cookie prices are a bit high though compared to other Wendy's. I have to mention that the staff is friendly and theygot my combo with extras really quickly, the place seems really clean. Read more
Customer service sucks they tell you they are listening then when you get your food the order is wrong... no disrespect to any... one but when I lived in Latin countries to play basketball I had to learn the language why is it and how is it possible some oftheir employees dont speak any English..... make it make sense !!!! The customer service was good, speed was just okay. It loses 2 stars because the chicken nuggets itself is too salty. I took a... bite and tasted pure salt, the staff didnt salt the nuggets its just how it was made before it got there. I gave the rest of thenuggets to my dog. The baked potato they have however is awesome, thats the only thing I can buy from there. Edit- They seem tobe doing pretty good now, although the lines are still slow. The manager is good now, the other woman who got an attitude withme is gone. 2nd- Edit, let me drop these guys down a few stars. So as you can see I am a frequent customer but the experience Ijust had was ridiculous. I simply went to wendys to pick up some crackers, as a person who spent a lot of money here I thoughtit would be no issue. Instead the manager started questioning me if I had chili, asking me whose going to give me crackers andtell me to pay. She went on and on and didnt even tell me the price. Thats not how a good customer should be treated. Overcrackers? I just drove off, I dont feel like spending money here again. Read more
To start who ever is supposed to work the front register does not shows up to work so the inside has been closed for 3 days .... Aside from that who ever worked the window at 6:00pm on April 29th , 2022 needs to be fired he is extremely rude andunprofessional I understand it?s a fast food place but does not justify treating your customers like trash and with attitudewhen the customer has done absolutely nothing but try and order some food ? got the entire order wrong and I told him I wasdiabetic to make sure it was a Diet Coke because Diet Coke does not affect my sugar . Soon as I get to my job is when I realizethe order is wrong and it?s a regular coke ? which if I were to drink the entire thing can put me in the hospital . Poor service at night with manager Suzel she very rude I have complained numerous times to Gm about this lady I got home and... received food without rapper I was afraid to eat it I visit this location often but I will have to stop due to management awfulcustomer service she re drop food, only accept cash at night cause she must be stealing and also mentioned it doesn?t matter howmany complaints me and my family do to Gm that wendys need her .
