Ordered wings set for pick up at 8 PM, and they made them 4 hours early when I first ordered the wings and refused to remake... them. We ate cold wings and our stomachs were killing us all day the next day. They really need to get a health inspector inthere. If you can order from another Wingstop do it, this is the first bad experience we?ve ever had with this chain. Read more

Wow, the owners must not know what is going on. 1. Horrible experience: They were unable to take our order because the system... was down but they were able to process our credit card... 2. The dinning area was closed because they didn't have enough staff.4 staff members were there and non were taking orders... I don't see why we couldn't dine in... 3. We were there for about 25to 30 minutes. During that time, wingstop lost 4 customers... thats an easy loss of $50-$100 in 25 MINUTES! Could you image howmuch they're loosing a day with that average!?... close to $1000 loss. That's $30,000 loss per month! Horrible. 4. When we gothome to enjoy our food. The fries were not seasoned. The wings were good. No complaints there. Overall, they could have done abetter job. Since I am writing about the problems. Here are some solutions. 1. Use your phone and take the order. Show thecustomer you care and make ordering convenient. 2. Place a garage can by the entrance of the kitchen so guest have a garbage touse. This way others can enjoy the dining in experience. 3. You would have made an extra $100 plus an hour if you simply tookthe orders from a personal phone or company phone... or tablet... Hope this finds you well and you all are able to improve asit's important for the community to have great restaurants that go above and beyond. Especially with the way the economy isgoing.. To the girl who was cashier right now at 6:55 p.m. on March 23rd. Thank you so much. I was literally having a breakdown and... crying in my car on my way to picking up my family's Wingstop and this girl .... After I tried clearing my eyes.... very wellasked me. Are you okay? What's wrong? I really tried hiding my tears, and I said nothing... and she goes okay. Well I'm goingto give you this drink. Please feel better............... I know this isn't a job requirement but this human.....this person hadvery good compassion toward me and I will be forever grateful, like honestly..... Human compassion these days is very rare andI'm glad this Wingstop was able to hire this nice young lady to take care of takeout orders and just be compassionate. I'm sorryI didn't get your name but I am so grateful for you.... and that free soda you gave me after I tried hiding the fact that I wascrying. Just thank you.... First time ordering at this location. I have eaten at many locations and I am addicted to Wingstop. This time I ordered as... usual from my App. I could not believe the order took a good 1 hr and 15min after I ordered the food. The app is usuallyaccurate and it did say 19min, so we took 20 to get there. What a mission. On top of the 20min time they had to cook the food,they took an additional hour to actually get the food to us. The place was full of patrons waiting on the food. First timethis has ever happened to me at a wingstop. I'm not sure that it was that they were short staffed or that the present staffjust gave up and were overwhelmed. THE FOOD WAS ON POINT and although they gave me the wrong flavor wings, they managed to giveme 2 extra wings. Food was good. The wait is unacceptable but tolerable. The only thing that was not cool was the attitude fromthe staff. I'll give them a bad day and they are probably not getting paid enough for the pressure. So happy to WingStop branch out to this part of Miami at last!!! Everything including the amenities has a modern feel to it. The... food was well prepared and absolutely mouthwatering. I ordered the 15 piece boneless garlic parmesan wings (via the 70¢ deal) alarge order of fries, Hickory Smoked BBQ and Honey Mustard dips as well as a brownie for dessert. My brother and I beat thoselil boo thangs up and I had an out of body experience from how succulent the chicken was. The fries were perfectly seasoned andweren?t soggy like how I?d receive them at other WingStop locations. Probably my most euphoric WingStop experience to date andthis will definitely be my WingStop home whenever I?m craving chicken (and fries). Read more
