Zuma, which is located within the Kimpton Hotel in the Brickell area of Miami, is a beautiful restaurant with a great crowd as... well. The place was packed on the Thursday night that I was there. I can’t say that I enjoyed it very much, especially compare to Zuma in Dubai. All food was just ok, but there are other places... where sushi is much much better. I had tasting menu, it was a lot of food for this price. But for appetizers two tempura?.. Rollwas ok, but nothing special. I liked very much raw sea bass with caviar and cod. Tend to get really busy, so best if you do book before showing up. You must be wearing long pants if you want to dine here. I... loved the vibe, however get ready to be scanned top to bottom. Excellent level of service. The food presentation was outstanding. It’s very apparent that all of the staff are extremely... knowledgeable about every item on the menu- and they are passionate about the food the offer. Highlights from the menu (whileeverything was delicious) were: grilled tiger prawns, the tuna and salmon caviar, and the black cod. Read more
This was our second time here and somehow it was even better than the first. The tuna and salmon tar tar is a MUST. Honestly... everything I’ve had here is delicious, the cocktails are amazing and the staff is A+.
