Ordered 2 coffees. Sugar and cream on the side. She put it in the coffee. Sugar and cream in both but we drink it one with sugar... the other with cream. She said she would get us 2 more but to "pull around." We did but she didn't come so pulled back throughthe drive through. She looked at me as if she had never seen me before. I asked for the coffees and she said hold on a moment. Idon't know why it's so hard to pour 2 cups of coffee! Wow. Finally got our coffee and as we pulled away I heard her say "I don'tknow why she (me) came back to the window!," McDonald's never fails to fail these days. Read more
Stopped in to get something to eat. Was going to go to the drive thru. Only to have a long line. So we decided to go into the... restaurant and eat. There wasn't a long line inside. But, still had to wait for someone to come wait on us. So I used the kioskto order. Then had to wait to get our food. Only to get part of the ordered not to satisfactory. We order a grilled spicychicken meal. Only to get it and start eating it. Then to find out the sandwich was still raw on one side. So had to waitanother 30 minutes or so for another sandwich. Wasn't happy about that. While we were in the restaurant eating we had to dealwith flies while eating inside. The staff wasn't friendly. Do not recommend this McDonald's at all. Read more
Horrible Management from the top on down! Extremely Rude to customers and employees. If you Don't have to eat or work there...I... wouldn't! Shame on the company for allowing that kind of abuse to go on! No one deserves to be treated like that EVER!! Read more
Terrible experience 40mins Wait through drive-through. For ONE cheese burger rude staff. All teens or elderly with some kind... of disorder physically or mentally. And 85% of my time they have managed too screw it up. ???? Read more
I will never go to this place again workers we're rude mocking customers taking pictures and openly making fun of ppl, and I had... to leave because they wanted me to leave my over 1000$ In the end electric bike outside where I couldnt even lock it up and itwas also a fold up tiny bike not like a mountain bike or motorcycle it wasn't taking up ppl space, not that they needed it mosttables were empty and workers took up more of the space than anyone but there was still room.... also it is extremely hotoutside and was my only refuge from the heat to cool down, and I did make a purchase. Last time I'll go to this location. Every single time I've been there (drive thru)I've had to drive around and wait for them to... bring my order out. I was very surprised I didn't have to this time. I ate a French fry before pulling out of the parking lot.It was cold and rubbery. They were horrible and inedible. I did eat the 2 cheeseburgers that were cold. Worst part was one ofthe employees squirted ketchup on the outside of one of the buns. There was more ketchup on the outside of the bun than inside. Read more
