Don't place mobile orders at this location! I placed a mobile order to be ready at 1:15 sat out there over 30 minutes after... checking in and my food was sitting behind the counter the whole time. 2 people working and they weren't even busy. Horribleservice Read more

Put in an order online and made the pickup/curbside time for 2:20pm. I pulled in the Subway at 2:25 and after waiting 10pm, I... decided to walk in to find only 1 worker. She stated how she was the only person there, she was new and had been working foronly 5 days and that everyone else had left to go home. Being considerate, I told the girl that I would leave but return about20-25min later since there was a couple cars in the drive-thru. I returned 30min later to find the store was empty of customersbut my order had yet to be started. It took the girl another 15min or so to make my order. When she gave me my bag I asked if Icould kindly have a small to-go drink for my inconvenience. She then told me that if she done such a thing that she would befired. Considering the circumstances, the girl done her best but come on Subway, if a customer has to wait for an hour just fora couple sandwiches, then at least make it worth there while for the wait. A small drink or something extra is not going tobreak your bank. Your advertisement of ordering online and skipping the line in this case was actually false. Needless to say,after I got home and opened up the bag, both sandwiches were incorrectly made. This experience was truly a disaster anddisappointment. If I could give it 0 Stars for this location then I would but I do give the girl props for hanging in there anddoing her best. Read more

I had to wait in the drive thru for several minutes for my order. When I arrived back at work, my order was wrong, despite the... fact that I ordered EXACTLY what I wanted on the drive thru screen. I did not have time to return to get this corrected, as Ihad been on my lunch break. Would not recommend. Read more

They are working very hard here right now. They average 2 staff members at a time and in spite of that are doing an amazing job... of completing accurate orders in very quick succession. make sure you tell them thank you. They earn it every lunch rush. Read more

I went and asked for two scoops of tuna in a cup I told them that the guy usually that is there charges me for a 6-in which is... two scoops of tuna. The guy that is there tonight that seem to be making the decisions informs me that he would have to chargeme for a salad (which would have been fine had he asked me) he didn't want to do that so I was out of luck I informed him Iwould never buy anything from this store again because of the inconsistencies I don't eat bread and I did not want anyvegetables Read more

I placed an online order and was given a wait time of 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told that they were busy... and would be making my order soon. I sat down to wait for them to call my name. I sat at a booth, played a game on my phone,and listened to the employees complain about being busy and blaming the night shift for not doing any prep work, and tellingeach other that this was going to be their last day. I looked at the time and noticed that I'd been waiting for about 30minutes, so I got up to ask the same person about my order again, and lol and behold I saw it was sitting on the counter behindher instead of on the order pick up rack. I told her my name and asked if that was my order and she picked it up, dropped it onthe counter, and slid my drink to me without a word. Judging by the cold toasted sandwich and melted ice in my drink (whichwasn't even the drink that I ordered) it had been sitting there, misplaced, before I had arrived.. No effort was made to make upfor the mistake and not even an apology was offered. I definitely won't be giving this franchise my business again. Read more
