Excellent sushi dining. Food was fresh, flavorful, and fun to eat. Service was exceptional. The restaurant is located inside a... condo/hotel building. Parking could be confusing for a first timer so best to leave it to the valet. They have other dishesbesides sushi that looked good also and I will try one when I return. This is an awesome eatery. Tucked away and off the beaten path is where you find this fine establishment. The service, the food,... the experience is what I think many diners seek on a day/night out. My family and I went today and let me tell you I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!?????????????? the service was excellent and of course the... sushi ???? was very very good!!! We couldn’t decide what sushi restaurant we wanted to go eat at but after searching im sohappy we chose this one!! I will give them 5 stars but the service was a little bit poor. They were really busy, we had to wait t least 30 minutes for the... food to be served. Their sushi is amazing! I came here to visit at the fountainbleu for a week and ordered delivery 3x from here Scarlet roll is... amazing!!!! Phenomenal. After a not-so-pleasant experience in my hotel restaurant, I was a bit uneasy after seeing this was yet another... "hotel restaurant." I'm so glad my instincts were wrong. The waiter was incredibly kind, and helped me pick out some of the moreunique dishes. The crispy tuna was some of the best I've had, especially considering price point. Though, I wish they'dintroduce a hot green tea, there were some fun drinks, such as ramune soda. If you're looking for a good starter, I'd alsodefinitely recommend the wonton soup: It was incredibly interesting and so much more than I expected, especially considering itsrarity to Japanese cuisine. Overall, the food was phenomenal, with fish quality being up their with restaurants at three timesthe price. The modern take on Japanese food is excellent, without being too gimmicky. If you're looking for a relativelyaffordable sushi spot on Miami Beach, this is a must go! My only hope is that they expand, or move locations to somewhere with abetter outdoor view.
