If I could give them 6 stars, I would. We had an excellent dining experience at INTIMO. The food, service, music and ambience... were all excellent! Big thanks to our incredible server Franco for being so friendly & warm, and taking the time to explain themenu so comprehensively. Outstanding! Michelin quality service and food. Incredibly kind staff and drop dead gorgeous ambiance. The servers are top... quality and well educated on the menu. I came here definitely underdressed, but still got a beautiful table and was handled as every other guest. The service was... amazing, i had Nicolas as a waiter and he made this lunch even better for me. The food is amazing, there is a lot of thought inevery single item. It also tastes like something new and nothing that i already had before a thousand times. The cocktail i gotwas also super delicious and thought out. (I'm a bartender itself so i can understand if a drink is well made) The only thingthat is not on the same level then everything else was the coffee, or at least the cappuccino. One of those restaurants that leave you with a memory, not just a meal! Every single thing was thought out in this... establishment. From the live music, to the photos on the shelves, to the welcome Japanese Peruvian broth served in a beautifulterracotta teapot, to the service….every aspect of your experience here is treated with the utmost care and attention todetail. He’sjust someone you can tell really loves what he does and goes well above and beyond to make his tables happy - curating the menufor the guests - choosing a tasting menu fitting of their preferences, explaining the dishes with admiration! Had a great time visiting this restaurant. You are greeted by a very upscale interior design with lots of things to look at. The... waiter was very knowledgeable on the entire menu and helped us pick every dish. I honestly forget everything I ordered but everydish was equally amazing and delicious. My favorite has to be the fried oyster with yellow pepper sauce. It’s one bite but itis one of the BEST BITES I’ve ever had. Chefs kiss! Drinks also had a cool presentation with dry ice. The entrees were alsoincredibly good and if you’re looking for some heat then ask them to bring their spicy sauce. Just be careful! The thing thatreally ties this place together was the service. Excellent service and they even changed one of our drinks since we didn’tenjoy it. Truly an upscale restaurant with great food/drink options!! I am coming back for sure, just look at the pictures!
