Ordering was a issue here, we ordered 2 beers only got one? ordered 3 rolls of sushi & had one roll with fried chicken we... attempted to correct the issue? not even one person wanted to listen to us. At least the rolls that were right they weredelicious however the service was terrible. Read more
This place is so amazing! I came here for a date night with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed it very much. The person at the... register along with the other workers were very nice and patient. This place should not exist! They have no business in making Ramens. A simple Ramen package from Amazon would have better... flavor than the one I had today. I guess when the cat's away, the mice are at play. Clerk could not tell me what's in the spicy miso ramen or the black... tonkotsu. There's no description in the menu. I gave it a try anyway just to compare with Ramen houses in NYC. Well.... notworth it; customer service not great. I asked where the owner is and the clerk says he's not here. Volcano roll has shrunk considerably! Same price, though. Is it only for deliveries? I called and the "Dude that makes the... sushi" says they've always been that size. I'd been eating there for about 15 years and the last 2 have been horriblydisappointing. Never will I ever order from this crummy place! Read more
