The location and the ambiance are awesome. If you have never been to the Bal Harbor Shoppes, the water, plants, Koi, and layout... s relaxing and comfortable (comfortable except for your wallet as the shops are high-end). We had heard the hamburger was one ofthe best in the area, and the spice menu looked interesting and appealing to the pallet. There were four of us that included akids menu, though he eats like an adult. Good restaurants that have kid's menus are family friendly which is great forrepeat business. The bread on the grilled cheese sandwich is too thick and takes away from the flavor. A little butter on thebread while making it would have added flavor. The hamburger was not the best hamburger in this area but was good. Most burgersat good restaurants in the Miami area are priced at around $25. The chilled cucumber soup was flavorful and interestingwith nuts. However, it was not above average. The pate de campagne reminded us of France, yet again it did not stand out. Thecrab to the spaghetti aux crab was cooked right and good but no match for Scarpetta's. star goddess. I will try the restaurantCarpaccios next door and compare its pasta to let you know how that comes out. If you go to Le Zoo, try the steak Frites. Read more
I don’t usually put 5 stars reviews but this place deserves it. We made a reservation, we arrived 30min earlier and they were... able to seat us. Food was exquisite and fast service. I think that prices are fair enough for Miami. Definitely coming back whenI’m in the area. Read more
My family and I are REGULARS HERE!!! ???? If you love pasta, seafood, desserts, drinks and fine dining, this is the place for... you. I’ve forgotten how many times I’ve eaten their truffle tagliolini. That’s our favorite dish here. I am personally afan of their cocktails especially their moscato. 5 stars all the way! Read more
We ordered a grilled fish sandwich and a Turkey club sandwich. The fish sandwich was: horrendous. It tasted extremely bitter... with the kale and a sauce that did not compliment the fish. The brioche bun was the only good thing there. On the other hand,the turkey club was amazing. The bread was probably one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Grilled to perfection, butteredand with a really nice sauce. The turkey, avocado, tomato, and bacon complimented it very well. If it wasn’t for the fishsandwich, our experience would have been five stars. Read more
Enjoyed a very nice brunch with girlfriends on a Saturday. We got a perfect outdoor table. The food was delicious and the vibe... electric. The reason for only 4 stars is because service was very sporadic. It was difficult to get water refills and Our waiterdisappeared several times which, for a party of 6, can be extra frustrating. It was my first time at Le Zoo. Because the foodand vibe were so good, I would definitely go again during a less busy time. Read more
