As someone who travels to 100 cities a year, I often scout out excellent food at reasonable prices. Mareva1939 is, without a... doubt, one of the finest and most pleasant restaurants I’ve eaten at in a decade. Management, front of house and back ofhouse staff work together to present an incredible menu of tastes and colors and textures while constantly making sure thecustomer is happy. I am only saddened that I’ll only be in Miami one night. I can’t wait to try more here when the chanceallows. Read more

Lovely dinner. First time having granola with duck breast but it turned out to be delicious! Olga looked after us and overall... was a great experience. Fun fact is the National was first hotel opened in 1939 and boasts one of the longest Infinity pools inthe state at 205 feet long. Read more

What a wonderful experience! The ambiance was so nice & they made me feel so special for my birthday. Our server was Flavio and... we appreciated him so much! He took his time to explain their MIAMI SPICE menu in detail and helped us select the best dish forus, which..... NOTHING DISAPPOINTED! SO DELICIOUS!!!! We will absolutely be back to try their regular menu and more drinks.Thank you for an amazing night! FOR THE CHEF- The lobster empanadas were amazing!!!!!!! (Not photographed here because we weretoo excited to eat them LOL) Read more

I don’t know where to start here. We had such an amazing time here. The restaurant is Spanish and of course the chef and at... least a couple of other employees were also from Spain. This is what makes Spanish food REAL Spanish food. Which is quite hardin the USA. If you are looking for the typical Spanish rice, this is the place people!! Spanish rice is not a lot of yellow ricefull of things, it’s something else, more elegant and tasty. Try it here. If you dont like that, the steak tartar is verygood. The service was so nice that they invited us to some drinks and of course, we stayed further because the cocktails weremore than amazing Read more

If you’re looking to be pampered by a super attentive staff and distinctive dishes, then definitely check this place out. We... stuck to the menu highlights and were immensely satisfied and stuffed by the end: a couple mini empanadas (on the house!), thegrilled octopus tapa, the black ink paella, and manchego flan. We were also provided bread on the house to clean up the platesbecause the sauces were that good! :) the staff was always available to answer questions, provide suggestions, and accommodaterequests. (Located in National Hotel) Amazing dinner experience. We tried the Artichoke & Wild Mushroom Paella (minimum 2 people = they... charge you the price shown on the menu for each person) and the Pan Seared Branzino and WOW both dishes were absolutelyincredible!! Some of the best food I've had at a restaurant. The restaurant threw in a free dessert as it was our anniversarywhich was a nice touch. Service was a little slow but our server was really friendly and amazing. Would definitely come backnext time I'm in Miami Beach. Read more

Visited back in August ????????????????????WOW WOW WOW!!!! My mind was BLOWN at this restaurant!! I believe our host's name was... Sebastian! Phenomenal person!! I ordered the octopus on a bed of creamed potatoes! If I had to pick a last meal before walkingthrough those pearly gates, it would be that! Talking about the temptation of gluttony!! I sampled food from other dinner partymembers, and WOW!!! One person actually cried because it reminded her of her late great grandmother's cooking. The poolside viewwas beautiful as well! It gave off rainforest vibes!! Will be making a trip back to take my kid! Read more

Great food. First time eating here, Max took great care of us (10 people). I had the bone marrow & ribeye. Both were delicious,... the Spanish wine felt like it needed to be aired out, but it was good with the dish chosen. Also, beautiful spots to takephotos. Would come again. Read more
