On a weekend getaway from Orlando to Miami. Our family of four enjoyed a Fantastic dining experience at Nobu. Service was... outstanding, the food selections were amazing, and the meal was timed perfectly. (Not too fast, not too slow). The serversattention to detail was top notch. All of the food was excellent, leaving it difficult to choose a favorite, everything weordered was perfect. Our youngest (not a sushi eater) also enjoyed the kids selection of salmon skewers. This was my first time at this Nobu location. I am from NYC and a regular at both of the restaurants there. I was not impressed... with my experience here because of the service and food. The two stars that I have given in this review are for the sushi whichwas top tier. The chicken entree on the other hand, was very salty which made it difficult to eat. The server (tall malegentleman- who did not give his name) was not attentive whatsoever. We saw him only when we placed an order and he did not stopby once to ask how our food was or if we needed anything else. When it came to dessert, the “cheesecake” was veryquestionable. I do not recommend this dish, the presentation is very deceiving. Overall, I do not picture myself coming back tothis location. It gives Nobu a bad name. Read more
Incredible experience, fine dining as it should be. Polite service and exceptional attention by Michael E! He was so... knowledgeable about the menu and preparation of dishes, and made excellent recommendations for us specifically. Food is topnotch and cocktails to match. Had a company dinner and I must say I was beyond impressed. There wasn’t one plate that was brought to the table that wasn’t... absolutely delicious. I was blown away! Too many plates to mention since we had quite a variety but we had everything fromcold/hot appetizers, salads, a variety of main courses, sides and of course the superb sushi. Drinks were great, as was thedessert. Our servers were wonderful and very attentive. We sat in a private area overlooking the pool and the set up was simple,yet lovely. I will most certainly go back even though I live quite far. I also feel that the food there is worth every penny!Sorry no pictures of the food but I was truly in the moment. Read more

Just incredible. Food so good and flavors so intense you need to pause between bites to let your brain process what just... happened. Cocktails were incredibly inventive and made well. Service was impeccable. Can't recommend Chef Nobu's restaurantsenough, but Miami is a must visit, for sure. Read more
