On a weekend getaway from Orlando to Miami. Our family of four enjoyed a Fantastic dining experience at Nobu. Service was... outstanding, the food selections were amazing, and the meal was timed perfectly. (Not too fast, not too slow). The serversattention to detail was top notch. All of the food was excellent, leaving it difficult to choose a favorite, everything weordered was perfect. Our youngest (not a sushi eater) also enjoyed the kids selection of salmon skewers. This was my first time at this Nobu location. I am from NYC and a regular at both of the restaurants there. I was not impressed... with my experience here because of the service and food. The two stars that I have given in this review are for the sushi whichwas top tier. The chicken entree on the other hand, was very salty which made it difficult to eat. The server (tall malegentleman- who did not give his name) was not attentive whatsoever. We saw him only when we placed an order and he did not stopby once to ask how our food was or if we needed anything else. When it came to dessert, the “cheesecake” was veryquestionable. I do not recommend this dish, the presentation is very deceiving. Overall, I do not picture myself coming back tothis location. It gives Nobu a bad name. Read more
Incredible experience, fine dining as it should be. Polite service and exceptional attention by Michael E! He was so... knowledgeable about the menu and preparation of dishes, and made excellent recommendations for us specifically. Food is topnotch and cocktails to match. There is a variety of price points available on the menu. Very considerate of my partner’sallergies and able to work around it. Definitely recommend. Read more
Had a company dinner and I must say I was beyond impressed. There wasn’t one plate that was brought to the table that wasn’t... absolutely delicious. I was blown away! Too many plates to mention since we had quite a variety but we had everything fromcold/hot appetizers, salads, a variety of main courses, sides and of course the superb sushi. Drinks were great, as was thedessert. Our servers were wonderful and very attentive. We sat in a private area overlooking the pool and the set up was simple,yet lovely. I will most certainly go back even though I live quite far. I also feel that the food there is worth every penny!Sorry no pictures of the food but I was truly in the moment. Read more
The reception staff weren’t the friendliest and the restaurant was very humid and on the warm side which is not typical for... florida restaurants. That being said our waiter Michael made the night for us. He was very warm, friendly and made goodrecommendations, 5/5. We tried the fixed price tasting menu which consisted of approximately 6 courses for $125 pp. The order asper the chef was cold appetizers, hot dishes, sushi then dessert. Food was 3/5 overall. It started off well with the coldappetizers but as the dishes progressed to warm then sushi the flavour profiles just didn’t do it for us. Dessert however wasincredible. We ended up ordering an encore dessert. If I were to come back it would be for the cold appetizers and dessert. The4/5 overall was for our wait staff, the ambience, and dessert! Read more
I had a great time. The food was delicious and if you want to do the chefs tasting menu be sure to come hungry. I also... appreciate how well the restaurant team used masks. Everyone wore the mask properly. None of that “nose sticking out stuff”.The back patio is a little less busy than the inside and if they open all the wind protectors (it’s down when it rains) youget good airflow. Read more
I recently celebrated my bday with some friends. It was a Monday night and it was busy. The server took a while to come to us.... We ordered and I asked him for an additional dish, he said he would ask the chef if he could make it. Dishes arrived not inorder. I had to start eating way before the others otherwise the food would have been cold by the time my friend’s foodarrive. Cocktails were good. Food was good. The server came after I was done waiting to tell me the chef couldn’t cook theadditional dish I had asked for. I do think prices are up there, but it’s Nobu. Overall I loved it. I think the first time Iwent right before COVID was better, but the food is definitely to die for. I should have taken more photos, but here are some! Read more
Just incredible. Food so good and flavors so intense you need to pause between bites to let your brain process what just... happened. Cocktails were incredibly inventive and made well. Service was impeccable. Can't recommend Chef Nobu's restaurantsenough, but Miami is a must visit, for sure. Read more
