Starting from the host, who welcomed us with a lot of enery and happiness, Rodolfo and Richard guided us through the menu and... gave us the best options. Food couldn't be more amazing ! Amazing food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Some of the best sushi I’ve had. Sasha... was our server, she was so sweet and attentive. Cant believe they’ve only been open for two days, they did great!! Theycurrently only have 4 stars because some super incredibly clever person (not) showed up before they were even open, threw atemper tantrum, and left 1 star. Paperfish deserves 5 stars all day. The pinnacle of South Beach outdoor dining can be experienced on Espanola Way. Paperfish deserves its spot in the highly sought... after block with the best sushi you'll have in town. The restaurant design is cozy so I recommend outdoors if the weatherallows. The service was quick and the food came out faster than expected which is always a treat. The sushi is simplymind-blowing. Such rich flavor from all the rolls I tried. This place doesn't come cheap but the food definitely holds it'sworth and then some. It's definitely up there with some of the best sushi I've ever had.
