5 years of ordering from this location and someone at the location or the delivery driver took a big bite out of my chicken... wing! I ordered a pizza for carry out and very happy with the whole experience. The food was ready when I arrived. It was hot, fresh,... and made exactly as I ordered it. The pizza smelled amazing and I ate two slices driving home. The slices where cut nicely andeasy to hold did not make a mess in the car and wad delicious. Less than an average pizza. Greasy & no flavor. Not worth $17.50. Their large size is like a medium in NYC. They also charge $1... for a tiny crushed pepper bag which should be free. I understand they?re in South Beach but it?s a rip off. Read more

Ordered pizza to be delivered to my hotel via the website. Received an email confirmation that my order has been received and... that it is being made and delivery should be within 25-35 minutes. 40 minutes had passed and the status had still not changed. Icalled them to ask when can I expect my order and they said the delivery driver will call me when my order arrives. The person Ispoke to was not very clear so I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I called again and I was informed that my order isnot showing on the system and that it might already be delivered. I said I have not received anything and how can my order notappear when I have an email confirmation confirming my order. I was then asked if I could speak spanish as the store manageronly speaks spanish which did not make sense as you would expect them to speak english in a tourist area. I said no I do notspeak spanish and as my order is not on their faulty system and I won't be receiving it I told them they should update theirsystems and not send order confirmations saying the order has been received when clearly it hasn't.
