Amazing food and wonderful atmosphere. Was in Miami Thanksgiving night visiting my aunts and we were lucky enough to have dinner... at Santorini by Georgios. The staff were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was lively and the food was delicious. This was myfirst time visiting Miami and my aunts told us we had to eat here. The portions were generous, the food was delicious! For anapp I ordered the guacamole and for my main I had the mixed grill which was chicken kebab, lamb gyro, steak and fries. For adrink, I had the Moscow mule which was done perfectly. The live music and dancing were such an integral part of the experience.The Thank you to the the amazing staff at Santorini by Georgios! I stayed at the Bentley Hilton and ordered from the restaurant below. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with the... menu. I ordered a gyro, and it was the most Tender gyro I've Ever had. They brought the order to me, packaged nicely with enoughcondiments too! They have an indoor and outdoor eating area. You can sit next to the pool as well. The view is right off of thebeach. This restaurant was so good we ate here Many times during our stay. The staff is awesome, they have a great happy hour and you... are poolside if you like! It's a fine dining kind of level but you can come as you are straight from the beach or come formal. Read more

My friend and I visited Santorini while on a trip to South Beach based on a recommendation from a family member, and we were... not disappointed! This restaurant had everything we were looking for in a south beach dining experience- excellent food,exceptional service and wonderful ambience...all located just steps from South Beach. From the moment we walked in the door wewere made to feel very welcomed by the staff and were seated out on the lovely outdoor terrace next to the pool. The outdoordining area is absolutely beautiful! We ordered the classic Greek experience on the recommendation of our waitress, andeverything that came out was delicious. My friend has visited Greece and said this food was every bit as good (if not better). The entertainment was also wonderful (both the dancer and the guitar player) and the atmosphere was very fun/romantic, we reallyfelt like we were on an exotic vacation. You could tell all the patrons were having a great time. We also had the pleasure ofmeeting Georgios himself who made us feel very welcomed, it is obvious that he genuinely cares that his guests have a greatexperience at his restaurant. We enjoyed our first meal and the dining experience so much that we actually decided to return asecond time on our last night in Miami! This review is solely base on service and atmosphere. I had the pleasure of going to Santorini with the cast of "when Monica met... Hillary," on Monday and Tuesday. Both of our waiters were excellent in taking care of us on each day. A female on Monday and amale on Tuesday. Definitely go for Happy hour 4pm-7pm, it's worth the time. Sorry I can't remember their names. Drinks areexcellent ????. Food could be much better. Mac n cheese was chewy. Pita n Hummus is good. Lamb n chicken gyro are tasty. Thebeef empanadas only 3 and wasn't good. Shrimp dumplings were okay, however again 3. Calamari was okay, however not enough. Shoutout to I believe is either the manger or the owner. Didn't get his name, however showed me a lot of genuine love and was verygracious. Just for that alone I'll definitely be back and much appreciated his and the staff hospitality. Read more

Went during happy hour and got amazing deals. Got several tapas for 5 bucks each. Not all we’re made equal, if you want the... best bang for your buck, the chicken and lamb gyros have a lot of chicken and lamb for just 5 dollars. The Greek saladwouldn’t be good alone, but was great in combination with the gyros. The empanadas were good and the pork bun was good. Theatmosphere was unbelievable. There was live music and a pool, I honestly feel this was the coolest restaurant I’ve been too.The fact we ordered 2 cocktails each 7 bucks and 6 tapas all for under 50 dollars makes no sense. This place is amazing and ifyou are on a budget go here and be wowed out of this world. But get those chicken and lamb gyro tapas. Read more

Let’s start with the food,varieties are good, we had Shrimp Santorini Garlic bang,Chicken noodle soup with vegetables, Chicken... gyro pita,chicken kebabs and Brownie with vanilla ice cream. Everything was well managed except the dessert, Ice cream which wasserved along with brownie was so bad. Disappointed that they have served the ice cream of which most of it was already melted.Apart from that service was wonderful and not to mention this restaurant is located right behind the beach, we sat by the pooland loved the ambiance.
