Have been in Miami Beach for 13 days (vacation), and went to the Starbucks in Publix, @ 6876 Collins Ave (closest to us), every... day. A simple order of 2 large coffees to go, one with heavy cream. Most of the employees/servers were the most unfriendly,disinterested, and un-engaged group that I have experienced. There were three primary employees, and they seemed to be traininga couple of new people over the past week or so. The primary employees did not/would not smile or look a customer in the eyes. They mumbled, even when asked to repeat their comment. They never once said ?thank you? once the transaction was complete, theyusually just continued the conversation among themselves. Worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The girl taking the orders today seems like she is always angry. This... place is always short on items and supplies. I usually stop at this location for the convenience, but today will be my lasttime. Get someone to manage this place and staff that actually wants to be there! Read more
I found an employee who little does Nathing but walk around the counter interacting with custumer personal comments dancing... around being rude to whom doea not speaks Inglish, .After 3 hours there I was amazing Nathing was said to her of her behavior. I usually never go to Starbucks but one day I decided to go because it was the closest one to me. I was having trouble deciding... which drink I should get so asked a barista there what she would recommend. Her name was Nari, she was absolutely the sweetestand so patient. She actually made my drink so made our whole interaction a lot more genuine. I never knew Starbucks had suchgreat customer service! I would promote her if I could.. Read more
How is it possible that it?s my birthday and my moms birthday the same day & I go pick up my free Starbucks coffee and explained... to her that she should as well. Apparently, a manager was rude to my mom and kept saying ?no? ?no free drinks?. What type ofmanager gives this type of service. At least say happy birthday and explain that there is not free drinks at only THATSTARBUCKS. I guess she hates her job? Change management. Read more
Speak of ultimate level of disrespect and rudeness. Coming from NY and being to many Starbucks across the country, never have a... I been so mistreated and disrespected by employees before. This is not Starbucks way of working, I have no idea how these peoplegot hired to begin with. Names are Nay and Ashley. I had gone to a lot of Starbucks and I had never had such bad survive this was the Worst costumer service ever So I went with my... family this morning to get Starbucks and we were think of what to get and the staff ( all the girl staff were rude) were kindarude and they started to yell at us and say to us to order even though we told them that other people can go before us and wewill order in a little. But the food was not bad also they were like showing to us that they were annoyed at us and we didn?t doanything wrong. I wouldn?t go there again and wouldn?t recommend going there with that kind of staff. Read more
