Like all subways now, you don't know what to expect until you go inside. FYI- no coupons accepted, no free water, no daily... sandwich specials, tuna was old and everyone kept wanting to use dirty clothes. Also, everyone who worked here when I wentdidn't speak English. Which is okay. But when the workers got upset at me for not understanding their Spanish, we'll that's badattitude on their part. Read more

Just a regular subway, not too small. Had only one type of bread. Revisit: two type of breads, they wouldnt let us swap the... sauce or add tomato on the listed subs. -1 Star. However, it was modernized in the meantime. Read more

Incredibly rude and unprofessional employee behind the counter today. I've had a terrible experience every time I've been too... this location, but today was without question the worst. I waited 10 minutes while the girl behind the counter slowly refilledevery topping while looking up at me every 15 or so seconds with an annoyed look, making for a very awkward 10 minutes. About 5minutes into waiting, I asked if I could place my order and, with an attitude, she said "when I'm done". She is the epitome ofpoor customer service and should be let go. Read more

I have to agree with other reviewers that this is easily the worst subway I have ever been to. I came here several times last... week when I had family visiting just to grab something quick midday or something simple late night. The first evening, there wasonly one girl who was so rude and non communicative, and she shorted us meatballs on a sub that was split (7 instead of theusual 8). The following day was better, same meatball sub, same split, and all ok? but soooo slow. The following day, I waitedso long that other people in line just dropped out and left. Two employees making minimal food, but I swear I had to have waitedat least 20 min with only two people they actually served in front of me. My last and final visit has officially made this placeone I will never return to. A young guy handled my food after handling money, no hand sanitizer and no gloves. It was pullingteeth to work with him just on getting the correct number of meatballs (shorted again) and he refused to put cheese or sauce ontop. I think I was just in shock when I paid at how bad this place is - because I clearly shouldn?t have paid and just left.When I arrived home, I ate the few meatballs, but threw the dirty bread that was handled with bare hands in the trash. Thisplace should legit be shut down because this is clearly a health hazard. Read more

Been here twice week and it's been a great, cost effective lunch. Employees worked fast and efficient and very generous with... portions compared to most. I eat subway very often, all over the country each month and I was really impressed. I think thesebad reviews are local, typical, south beachers. Read more

Visit 1:Solid subway that isn't very stingy with vegetables. Staff was nice but a little slow. They need more staff to handle... their lunch rush but all in all this location was par for downtown locations. Visit 2: Ordered 2 subs online and arrived at therestaurant 2 minutes after the app said they where done. Not only where they not done, but they hadn't even started on them. Iwatched as they where made incorrectly after getting to the front of the line. I walked home with my garbage sandwich for me andmy boss. Read more
